My Summer challenge project is coming along, although a bit slower than I'd like....I'm sure hoping to have the first of the ruffles done on this skirt by the end of next week! We've got a very busy August ahead with some must do sewing and some bridal shower invitations that have to completed as well.
this is the lower edge of the skirt an the beginning of the bottom ruffle. 
oops! A little on the blurry side, but oh well! The purled rows indicate the placement of the other ruffles. I really like this pattern and it's been pretty easy. I do hope that the sampler cardigan will be a breeze to do as well!
