It's been a summer of traveling for me and when I saw these incredible papers by Teresa Collins, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to create this fun little case. The file is from SVGCuts (Summer Holiday SVG Kit).
Cut all the pieces using an electronic cutting machine and ebrush edges as desired. You can find details on putting the case together in the SVGCuts video below.
If you want to add any additional ebrushing, do so. I decided I wanted a little more on the edges after I added the trim to the bottom of the box . I did some random spraying on the lid. So much fun!
When I went to my stash of brads, I was sad to discover that I didn't have any bright or brushed gold ones in the right size for this project.... but hey, with the eBrush and a sharpie, you're good to go. Here are the before and after pictures.
Complete your project as desired. Embellish and add a bit more bling if desired. The small luggage tag is included in the SVG kit and the tag (TC embellishment) was crumpled a bit . Add some additional embellishments from the Wanderlust cuts. These were fun to play with and decide what would best define my 2015 Summer Wanderings.
Thanks for dropping by! Hope you'll stop by again. If you haven't taken some time to create this week, I hope you'll make the time available and have some fun! Stay tuned to the Craftwell blog and here for more ideas using the eBrush. I know I'll be playing again soon. There's so much to do!
