Penguin Fun.... distress ink background in Galaxy colors. A spritz of mica for a little sparkle. The penguin is a find from Creative Fabrica. Reduced to about 2 inches high to fit on this mini tag. Inset shadow on both base pieces set to a stitch line. All pieces cut using SCAL 5 Pro and the Skycut.
