Craftwell, ClearSnap and Teresa Collins make for a good combo. If you haven't been cruising the Craftwell blog frequently this month, you've been missing out on some awesome projects.
I decided to do a card that could be framed for this week's project. I hope you like it.
Nesting circle dies
Echo Park - Carte Postale digital collection
Teresa Collins Stamp
ClearSnap Ink - Glam Green, Gold
Marker - (Tombow 296)
PrintShop (or other publishing software)
Natural color twine
Create a sheet of cardstock filled with printed background images from the paper packs of the Carte Postale digital collection.
using the die and the Cut-n-boss, cut 3 circles as shown below. Also cut 2 strips of coordinating paper 1 1/4 in wide and 5 1/4 in long. Cut another piece of cardstock to 5 x 7. Create your sentiment as desired. My strip was 1 1/4 inches by 3.
Stamp the World view stamp one of the remaining circles using the green ink. Using the gold ink pad, edge all the pieces. Set aside.
Using the embossing folder, emboss the one or more of the circles. I chose to emboss only one.
Lightly spray the 5 x 7 paper with the marker using the eBrush. I spritzed the cardstock with a little water and started spraying. Let dry. If desired, spray again for a little more color and to soften any edges if needed. I used a scoring tool and scored 1/4 inch in from each edge for a little more definition.
Arrange and adhere the pieces as desired. Use pop up dots. If desired, mount on a larger piece of cardstock to use as a card or frame.
Thanks for dropping by today. For more projects using the eBrush, be sure to stop by my blog.
